Why do you wear that little bracelet?

I noticed in all you videos you are always wearing a little black rubber band on your left hand. Do you do that to remember which hand to call out when you are cueing the videos?

I imagine it must get confusing at times to remember to say "right" or "left", meaning OUR right or left, not yours, especially when to choreography gets moving quickly.

Just curious.

Hope Cathe doesn't mind me popping in here. You are right about the band around Cathe's wrist. She has answered this in the past and explained it is for the exact same reason you thought. I still don't know how she keeps it all straight, band or not!

Hey guys, I remember this question before and Cathe did say that the band is to remind her to say right when it's her left and so on. As an instructor, it's a skill I'm still terrible at. My brain can't seem to juggle quite as many tasks at one time as Cathe's can.
