Why did they delete my post about sound?

I posted a new post earlier (about 15 minutes ago) w/SNMs response on sound of HC dvds.

Why would they delete it? They said confidently in the response that there were no issues and that they were not recvg a large # of complaints. If they are so confident then why don't they say it to the larger forum.

I sure hope I didn't do something wrong? Is there a rule against this?

some people at VF claim their posts have been deleted here and their username and acct cancelled! this is just what they are saying about their personal experience. cathe and SNM would be shocked at all the fuss over there!

Yep he just responded admitting deleting. I just wish they would post a formal response to the sound issue. I am sad it has come to this. I love Cathe and crew so much and really want this issue to be addressed. I am saddened by the tone of his e-mail. It is as if we are all wrong and that nothing is wrong w/these dvds. I have a $2000+ surround sound system, big screen tv and 1 yr old dvd. I have tried everything and nothing makes it better. I simply want music loud enough to hear w/my cardio dvds
