Who's doing the June 08 rotation???

I am! It's my first Cathe rotation in a LONG LONG LONG time. Who's with me this month???

Is there a check in???? Would we like one?

This morning was KPC for me! I have to admit that as much as I LOVE Cardio Kicks, this morning's workout was AWESOME! I almost sub'd CK for KPC, but decided to stick to the rotation and I'm SOOOO glad that I did!

I AM! I have to sub some things because one, I don't have all of the videos and, two, I know if I try to force myself to do something I don't really like(or can't do because I am sooo choreographically-challenged) I'll never stick to the rotation. I am totally following the *spirit* of the June rotation though.:)

I did Plyo Legs from the P90 Masters series today in place of KPC and then I added on the core work from 4DS Lower Intensity Step since I know there is ab work in KPC.

I have a lot of trouble sticking to a rotation but I am determined to give it my best effort this month.:)

I'm doing it, but haven't started yet. I have a few more days before I'm done with the May rotation. (I'm on the last week of it)

There *is* a check-in for it. There's a group that checks in every month for the rotation they're doing. It's just called "June 08" or "May 08". I've never checked in there (I'm not much of a check-in girl ;)) but you should! Enjoy the rotation. It looks good!

I am also doing the June 08 rotation. I usually like to follow her rotations otherwise I would not get things done on my own.

Sorry that I've been MIA on the BFL forum. I haven't been following BFL lately so didn't feel like I could check-in. Now that all of my end of year stuff, graduation etc.. is over with I can focus on myself again.
 
I am unaware of the rotation thing. Can anyone tell me about it & where to find it on the web-site, please.

Here is the link. The current month's rotation is aways "pinned" to the top of the page when you open up the "VIDEO & ROTATION" forum.

I want to do this rotation but don't have S&H chest and back. Any good substitution for this? I wouldn't be able to commit to this until near the end of June so in the meantime I'm trying to aquire S&H C/B.
 
YAY! Company! I love knowing others are following the same thing as me!

Maybe I'll see some of you in the check in???
