I was so pumped after doing KPC last night!!! For the first time I finished the stability ball workout and did the pike sets with good form and without stopping early. I know a lot of you ladies do that with no problem but I was sure I'd never be able to do pikes when I first got some of these DVDs. The first time I saw Cathe and the crew do them I said aloud, NO way! I am too old to do that. (I can't believe I said that!) Maybe it was the road trip picture of Shelley in front of Target that motivated me!!! Anyway, pardon me for patting myself on the back today. I'm still feeling good about it! :7
