Whole Wheat/Grain

wonderwoman

Cathlete
Does anyone have any ideas on whole grain/wheat crackers? I've tried the Saltine ones but for some reason I feel like the whole grain ones are no different than the regular ones. I'm looking for some crackers to eat with cheese or soup?

Thanks!

I love Dr. Kracker too! These are also yummy: http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?dest=5&item=373583
The box at Sam's is 20 oz., but I usually buy 4.5 oz. bags at my local grocery store so I can get different flavors like my favorite- Sweet Onion. These are actually gluten-free so maybe not what you are looking for. Very crunchy and good.

Crunchmaster!!! Yum, those look amazing......thanks sammy123 for sharing.....great thread wonderwoman!!! :D

Thanks! How about Triscuits or Kashi? My local supermarket is Shoprite so I dont know if they carry Dr. Kracker

I love Back to Nature crispy wheat crackers. Especially with a little light swiss cheese spread :p

We like triscuits. We eat them with cheese, they are not the soup type but why not toast some whole grain bread for soup? You can add some garlic and olive oil for a little flavor if you like. (I'm a garlic fan).
You can even melt some cheese on the triscuits in a micro for a few seconds.
Oh, I how I miss cheese..... I've stopped eating it but I love it. DH eats this kind of snack all the time. - autumn

That's an excellent idea! I actually serve warm whole grain bread with soup more often than crackers. Sometimes I make garlic and herb croutons and I like that a lot better than crackers.
