Dianet, I'm thrilled you're joining in. The more the merrier. They say misery loves company, right?
I completely understand your situation. Cardio kills me, too. I have problems with my left hip, and I'm really uncoordinated. I trip all over myself if the choreography is even remotely complicated. I used to walk outside a lot, but I have such terrible seasonal allergies anymore that I can't breathe.
The goal for me is just to do something 5 or 6 days a week. I really need it. I'm operating on the principle that the best workout is the one you'll do--LOL!
