Marie, you are too funny! I HAVE Cathe's Basic Step DVD. I get dizzy trying to do all those around the world thingy's. Actually, I have a gimpy hip and it bothers me when I step up. I'm scared to death of water (nearly drowned when I was a kid and have never gotten over it), I don't have kids to toss, though there are a few in the neighborhood that I wouldn't mind tossing from here to Timbuktu}( .
I'm a hard case, Marie. You name it...I can probably give you a reason why I can't do it. I prefer basic hi/lo or walking DVD's that won't confuse me with alot of complex choreography.
Edited to add that at the end of the day, I just don't LIKE cardio workouts. I don't mind weight training, but cardio kills me!
