Who works out after kids are asleep

I too worked out at night after the kids were in bed. For 4 or 5 years, when my kids were young, my husband travelled a lot, and I found that to be the best time to get a workout in ! It also kept me away from the kitchen :). That too helps with weight management. Enjoy your workouts. The day is fast approaching when you will have to adjust again. It keeps life interesting...
