Now for the big question. Who won the push-up showdown?

I am looking forward to seeing pictures of your new set and outfits. I love the 4-Day Split set, and I am sure that whatever you design will be a great “fit” for STS.

Hi Heather! The push up "showdown" just sort of erupted spontaneously with some fun conversation on push ups and the many wild ways you can do push ups (flat spread eagle finger tip push ups ...who knew?).

So we three just popped on the floor and started banging them out. We all started really strong but after about 8 I started laughing and it all fell apart after that. If I had to lay money on it, I think Deazie would have won :7 It was so much fun :7 :7

I hope the new cast members are not giving you any crazy ideas for creative ways to torture us. ;-) I am still working on mastering stability ball pikes and all the wild push-ups in your existing workouts! There are more ways to do push-ups? Oh my!

Cathe, I've been studying the blog pictures and I can't get over how FANTASTIC all of you look!! I can see a difference -- in the arms especially -- from the first pictures up to the most recent. I'm scared for STS...yet curiously excited at the same time
