Who loves S&H?

I am going to order some new DVDs. Terminator is definately one that I am getting. I really want a strenght DVD, too. I have all of her total body WOs plus the pyramids. I am not no excited about buying the GSs seperately at $27 a pop ($81) when I could get S&H for $50. S&H also seems to be different from all of her other WOs. Does S&H add variety? Which gives better results? I think I asked this question forever ago, I just forgot what your input was! x(
TIA for all of your input and opinions! :7

The GS are great but the slow manner of S&H burn my muscles more.I can't talk about results because I have never done a S&H rotation. The S&H requires mental concentration. I would definately recommend the S&H series.

Mariángeles a spanish terminator and TAEBO junkie. :) :)

S&H is really awesome I like it better then the GS series it really packs on muscle quickly. As well as it's a killer workout even with light weights.

The thing I like better about S&H is that 2 of the workouts add in abs. For all of the gym styles I had to add in a seperate ab workout. It does take a lot of concentration but I did find I could go heavier in other workouts after doing these for 2 weeks. I like the S&H but it is one that needs some variety some times. (P.S. It's my SO's favorite workouts...the only cathe workouts he would do for a while so I'm very fond of them as I like to workout with him).
Hope this helps

Me!!! This summer I got s&h and ps. I did 3 weeks S&H, 3 of PS and am now finishing 3 more weeks of s &h . I was using mainly IS before this. I love S & H!! I am so much stronger now. Yesterday dd fell asleep in the car and I carried her to the house with her butt in my one hand with no problem (she's 4, long driveway). I know some people don't like the slow way of the w/o with the minute rests, but I found it helped me to really concentrate on the muscle. Some also find it easy to "drop" the weight on the 2 count down, but I didn't have a problem with it. I also like the music on this series. Marnie

I have them and I like them. Matter of fact , I've been doing them this week. Like others have said, the slow manner in which you do the reps really burns.... hurts so good!

Me, me, me! I was so surprised how much I liked it. I always thought that is NOT for me. Well, I Tivo'd it and gave it a try for 3 weeks and really saw an improvement. I printed out the work out and had to add in some exercises that were omitted. Of course, I now own it. I can't wait to do another S&H rotation. I really like the GS too. I've seen a lot definition after following April's rotation.

Get it! You won't regret it! I just have to get PS and then I'll be happy with my weight DVDs.

I love S&H. I have gained a lot of strength and before I got pregnant, it was helping in the weight loss department (heavy weights seem to help me lose fat for some reason--must be different for everyone.)

I am 18 weeks pregnant and am finishing up a S&H/circuits rotation. Then I am afraid that S&H will have to be retired until I am post partum. Once I get back to working out after the baby, a S&H rotation will be the first one I do, once my body is ready for it.

I would definitely add it to your collection.

Maggie:)

Okay, it sounds fantastic, I am definately getting it! I am really looking forward to it. Thank you so much everyone for your input! :)
