Who is doing Cathe's November rotation??

Hi everyone!!

I have been enjoying Cathe's rotations and the check-ins that I have been a part of lately. So, I was wondering if there are any takers for a checkin with the November rotation? It looks really good and I waited to try the weight portions of the new ones until the rotation was posted as I was already tackling the October rotation. I know the cardio is awesome( still working on some of the footwork). I am going to start the rotation tomorrow.

Anybody joining me???
 
I am doing a variation of it - does that count??? I like Cathe's idea of pilates or yoga, so I might have to tweak what I had though of.....
 
I am totally in! I've been doing a mish-mosh of stuff so I can start tomorrow too. I love that we are going to have a stretch/pilates/yoga day built in.:)
 
I'm going to join in! I just got my dvds yesterday and previewed this yesterday evening and didn't get a chance to work out today with Halloween so I'm ready to go tomorrow! Kim
 
I'm in! Will start on Mon. and I too, need a good sub for slow and Heavy. I was thinking B&G.
 
What about the Gym Style legs for a substitute for the slow & heavy legs? We did that in last months rotation with the slow & heavy series.

I am glad we will have a great check in this month. I started a thread on the check in forum for the month.
 
I think I'm im. I've never done a rotation before but want to give this one a try. I have been experimenting with BBC lately so will do that until Monday and then dive into Cathe's rotation.

Katie--if you have PLB or Gym Style Legs those would be great subs for S&H Legs. Any leg workout will do, though. No worries.

I would seriously love to try it, but attempted both the low impact and high impact step new cardios,and they are simply too complicated. I wind up tripping all over myself and my board. LIC and the step portion from Cathe's oldie but goodie, MIC are about as "dancey" as I can get. So I wind up feeling like I am not getting a good cardio workout.

Hum, wonder if I could substitute those step workouts instead? Well, of course I could right?:7

I wish I was better at catching on to step workouts, and no, I do not have the patience to rewind, and watch again and again. I learn as I go, so maybe I will just keep trying!
 
Just keep trying..That is how I learn them too. I would just sub the cardio portions until you learn them. We have a checkin on the "Checkin Board" if you decide to join in. We would love for you to check in with us...
