HI girls! Today went to the gym, did the treadmill (hills), and this cool elliptical that goes side to side. The horrible heat has left here for now thank goodness. Lisa, you are racking up the miles! Roxie, that is some warm water! Murphy, I got rid of all my vcr tapes, I got the firm ones I like on DVD. I imagine we will see the demise of those too? Not much else here, cleaned, now we are hitting up the pool. Have a good day! Mary

HI all. Did another Firm vhs today. Funny how we just fall into place with some of the old videos. I wonder if I will still feel nostalgic when I get to the Firm videos that were made after the company was sold. They just didn't have the same quality.
Mary - the side to side elliptical sounds fun. I don't think I have seen one in action.

Hi everyone! I did PUB bi/tri yesterday along with an hour of stand up paddle boarding. It was fun, PT always said it'd be good for my ankle and I felt it working it but yet afterwards it wasn't painful. I need to figure something out with my wobble board to simulate it or else do more SUP! Then a 23 mile ride this morning, DH and I went out to lunch and got a flat tire on the highway! Never have had one, lucky me can cross that off my bucket list, lol. Is everyone ready for the weather to cool off a bit? Thankfully today we had a nice breeze from the north and with peddle assist on the bike I just turn it up in the headwind!
