Which work out would you suggest?

So I did Power Hour yesterday and I do not have DOMS from it today so would it be okay to do Boot Camp today or should I just do straight cardio and do BC tomorrow??

well, DOMS doesn't mean your muscles were not worked, but, if you feel up to it I don't see why you couldn't do BC. Ordinarily it is a good idea to let muscles rest but if you feel good, then have fun :)

As a rule...no, actually to me it is law, I never do muscle building excercises 2 days in a row even if I am not sore. Not getting sore doesn't mean that they didn't work and they still need to rest and repair themselves. I would do cardio today and then BC tomorrow.

I am so proud of you! It took me a few months before I started working out again after I had Logan. Actually, it was more like four or five months. ;-) How is Joey doing? Is he sleeping through the night for you yet? Has he smiled yet? :D I bet he is just so smooshy!
