Cathe, I work out 6 days a week alternating upper and lower body every other day and doing cardio (running) every day and ab work everyday. Is this ok and which of your dvds or videos would I need to purchase to fit this routine?
Of all of Cathe's weight tapes, Pyramid Upper Body has given me the best definition. For lower body I like Legs and Glutes. I don't know if you want VHS or DVD, but the combination KPC/L&G and PUB/PLB DVD's are fantastic.
