I'd like to hear your opinions on which videos to move on to. I have been doing MIS and am a little bored. I am debating between PH and Pure Strength. I do not want to increase my muscle size, but rather want to get more lean, but that may have to do more with my diet than what type of workouts I am doing. What do you all think? I have never done PS and when I watched the 1st tape it looks fantastic. I have only done PH 2 times.
