which tapes for definition?

Which Cathe workouts are good for definition?

I'm looking to define - I don't want anymore size.

I have the intensity series;
Bodymax;
Pure Strength and MIS

Though i just posted this on another site, i would like to mention that although weight training can build a muscle, the only way you will get to look "defined" is by lower your body fat percentage. As i said, definition is created more with your fork than the weight you lift.
 
I have gotten the best upper body definition doing the PS series, each tape twice a week. I have received so many comments on my arms this summer, shoulders especially!

Lower body (ugh!) is a different story, but what doesn't kill you...
 
Just an idea.....try the arm parts of C&W and go as heavy as you
possibly can, than follow it with ME. It times out at about
75 minutes. I've just started using this once a week, so I can't
comment on any results yet. If I could just put down my fork....

I just took a look at your photo album and can I just say WOW!!!! You look unbelievable!!!! Way to go, hot stuff! Anyhow, I noticed that you have a Bosu. Can you tell me what videos, if any, you use for it? I have all of Cathe's step workouts and plenty others. Thanks in advance for any response. And keep doin' whatever your doin'- cuz' it's working for you, obviously.

I would suggest Power Hour. I have to lower my weights when I do this workout because it's full of very intense, continuous, high-rep routines. Hope this helps.

Hi !

I am in the third week of a rotation using PLB, PUB and ME, each once a week, and cardio between those days (an intense one and an "easy" one). I have great results in my legs, butt, shoulders and arms, in terms of strength and definition : my inner thighs look better than ever, and idem for my upper body... Those workouts are great !

I've been thinking about what to do next and have decided to follow your rotation. I'll have to let you know how it goes! I could definitely use the "great results" in my legs!!! :7

P.S. Did you do PLB and PUB in their entirety or up versus down?

Sorry for this late answer !
I do PLB and PUB in their entirety. I try to follow Cathe's weights selections, except for chest and shoulders (I use a few pounds lighter).
If I have enough time, I do some cardio (20 to 30 minutes) before those workouts, to have all my muscles thoroughly warmed ;-)
