Which Step Workout?

If you are a beginner to Cathe workouts, what Step workouts would you start with? I'm not new to step but I want to learn to build up to Cathe's style....thanks for your anticipated responses....leigh:)
 
You should probably start with Basic Step, then move on to Low Impact Step, then the Classics and then Cardio Hits. When you want to move to the really complex, you should do Step Blast and Rhythmic Step (my absolute favorite!).

Power Max! If you've been doing step, it shouldn't be too tough for you. It's an hour long sweat fest and one of my favorites!!
