Which Rotation should I do???

I'm a petite pear, I've always had a layer of body fat that makes me look more like a linebacker (exaggeration) rather than being able to see any definition.

I want to lose body fat overall, gain some definition in my upper body yet being a pear, I carry alot of body fat in my thighs/hips/butt so would love to slim those area down, though I know I will never have the lithe dancer's body and that is okay.

I realistically can only workout 5 days a week so have my rotations narrowed down to 3 (I think)

1. the LIS November rotation, the 5 day a week option. I worry if this will be enough strength work, especially upper body.

2. an STS rotation doing STS 3 days a week and cardio on the 2 alternate days. I worry on this one it's not enough cardio and I may look more linebacker-ish

3. the Doubles Rotation. There's no 5 day option here and I'm not sure which workout to cut out each week.

Thanks for your help!!!

I only work out 5 days a week as well and I have no problem following rotations. They just take me a bit longer. I don't skip any workouts (except yoga if it's included in a rotation) and just do them in order. The Tuesday workout may get moved to Wednesday because I couldn't workout on Tuesday, but I still do it, then everything else is moved down a day, etc. You can also double up on one day. Like a day that you do weights, you could also do the next day's cardio.
