Which rotation for 10 lb loss?

Hi Cathe experts,
I have about 1 pounds to go, should I do a fatloss rotaion or do a stength?THank you for all your wonderful input!!!
 
I'm not an expert on giving workout advice but I like to do the fat loss rotation's because they incorporate more cardio. So, that said here is what I have been doing: fat loss rotation for 4 weeks and then I'll do a week focusing on more strength, less cardio, then go back to another fat loss rotation again. This has kept me from getting bored.

Make sure you are really eating clean...no junk, no candy, limit the pasta's and bread. Concentrate on good sources of protein, complex carbs, vegetables, and fresh fruits. And drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
