Which resistance bands to buy and where?

Hi everyone! I'm new to Cathe's workouts (and loving them!) and am hoping to get some help....

Which bands does everyone use and where did you buy them? Is there a specific length or anything else I might need to know when buying them?

Hi,
I got mine at target- reebok. I got light and medium resistance and I'm glad I did cause those medium are tougher than I thought they would be

I just bought a couple of things from them. I got a versa cuff which is a tube in the shape of a ring with velcro ankle straps attached to it for leg work. Pretty challenging.
They have a lot of great stuff on this site.
