Which part do you love and which do you despise?

I love my arms especially the shoulders, but I despise the back of my legs underneath the buttocks where I have dimples. Yuck!!

Let me know what are your good parts and not so good.

I'm in 'like' with my arms (still room for improvement) and I despise my legs ( this in an all-over leg contempt - from hip-bone to ankle)!

Shelley, having seen pictures of you, I must say I am very surprised that you feel this way. You are a hot mama with awesome abs and lovely legs - so get those negative thoughts out of your head! :D

As for me.... well, I am happy with the flatness of my abdominal area. There is no muscle definition (yet), but at least it's flat. And my shoulders ain't half bad either, although I certainly have a long way to go. :)

I am embarassed beyond words about my thighs and butt - they are big and dimply. Blech! x( Oh, and I have fat knees and fat ankles and it bothers me so much! It's genetic, I will never have boney ankles no matter how lean I become and I get so jealous when I see boney-ankled people. How pathetic is that?? :(
 
Love my abs, rear end & shoulders. Truthfully I'm happy w/my whole body except for my chest, & unfortunately there's no exercise I'm aware of that'll make it bigger. Although I'm open to suggestions. :+
 
I don't mind my back, and my arms have gotten better. I HATE my butt and outer thighs. HATE my butt!! Its not wide, just is very perky or out there?? Does that make sense! Oh do i hate it!
 
I hate my knees. I think they are the ugliest things ever. The rest of me i can deal with... but i think my knees are hideous!x( :p
 
Let's see. In this order. I love my:

triceps
traps
shoulders
rear delts
my scapular
biceps
4 pk abs (it's not a 6 pack, but it's sooooo much better than yrs ago)
calves (it's not all that, but I like them nonetheless)

HATE HATE HATE the little fat below the waistx( x( x(. Sometimes I think it's the clothes that I wear. ex. shorts with the elastic band. HATE HATE HATE, what seems to me FAT, (but everyone says it's not (think they're lying)) when I put on a bra and it looks as though FAT is oozing out in the back. The bra doesn't feel as though it's cutting into my skin;(.

I like my arms although I'd would love for them to be more cut. My stomach wasn't half bad either but looking at it right now you'd never know. :p

I HATE my butt/thighs/hips.
 
I like my 6 pack abs and arms arent too shabby either.

I hate my butt and upper thighs oh and skin....does that count? its too moley and freckly ugh!
 
I have come to terms with my butt dimples! I've had them since I was an infant and by now I know they're not going anywhere :)

I try to not look at piece parts. I prefer looking at the total package. Since my lipo six months ago, I generally like the way I look. At 50 years old I still look pretty decent in a bikini :)
 
I have really ugly feet. Seriously, they are grotesque!!

As for the rest....I guess I would have to say I really like all of it. Sure, some areas need some more toning (see my biceps post and add abs to it!) but I also know what it was like 50 pounds and five years ago. Compared to that, I love it all!!

I have a love/hate relationship with my legs. I like my legs until you get to about 8 inches above my knees. After that, I hate 'em! Although, I think I hate my stomach even more than my upper thighs.
