Which one??

Hello fellow Catheites! Got a question for you. I'm trying to decide between KICK, PUNCH, & CRUNCH and KICK MAX. Basically I want a fun floor cardio so I'm not constantly stepping. Which one do you all like the best? Thanks for the help! :)
 
well each is differnt in their own right but if you have to pick just ONE go with kick,punch,crunch. the workout itself is great plus the workout blender and premix options make it much more worthwhile value. plus on dvd you get legs and glutes and premixes with the two workouts for a kickbox/leg circuit workout. its a great workout.

Why pick just one? I love them both! Both are very challenging and will deliver results in a fun, non step way.

My personal preference is KPC. Kick Max is one of my 2 least used Cathe workouts. I'm not sure what it is about it because I LOVE kickboxing!

Have you considered her older Kickbox workout, Cardio Kicks? I reach for that one all the time!

Thanks so much for the input gals. I already have Cardio kicks...doin' it tomorrow and can't wait. :) I watched the video clips and for some reason, I'm thinking I'm gonna go with Kick Max 'cause it just looks like fun to me for some reason. Take care! :)
