Which one should I get next?

I'm new to Cathe, but not to working out. I've worked out with The Firm videos for 2 years and have recently purchased a few Cathe Videos which I really like.

I have the PS Series and did How to Get In Shape For Your Wedding yesterday. My DH bought me The Step for Christmas so I'm pretty new to step aerobics.

Which video would be best for me to try next? I would like one that doesn't have too complex choreography.

I also have a question about the "Wedding" video, how heavy does everyone go in the muscle toning section, and does anyone/everyone do both sections on the same day? I used only 5lb dumbells like Cathe did and am used to using much heavier weights. I did do both sections back to back.

I'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks,

Michelle

Step Heat is a good one to get. If you are new to step choreography I would definitely stay away from Step Works until you're a little more comfortable with step. The choreography in Step Heat is comparable to the Wedding tape (maybe a little more complex) and also has an abs section at the end. I usually do the two sections of the wedding tape on separate days, mostly because of time constraints. With the weights I think she mostly goes slow enough for you to use heavier weights.

Hi. As far as choreography goes, I agree Step Heat is a good one to start with. I've also found that MegaStepBlast is another good one. It actually has alot of similar step sequences that the Wedding video does so if you learn by repetition (definitely not boring though) I'd also recommend this tape. As for the wedding video, I've only previewed it, havent done it yet.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll try Sep Heat next.

In the end, it just doesn't matter. You'll end up getting them all! (Or at least most of them.)
