WHICH ONE!!! NEED HELP - which one which one!!!! :)

Ok so I am preordering.....and I don't have the following dvds of Cathe's so MIGHT just order another to save on shipping. I pretty much have them ALL except.....

Hardcore Circuit
Pushpull/Supersets
Pure Strength


Any one in particular do you think you USE more???
 
Hmm I am thinking either Pure Strength or the PUshpull/Supersets bc I hear there are good premixes......

I am starting the Hal Higdon half marathon training and it really calls for only two days of strength training. So I am thinking one day of a good upper body workout and then a day of Total Body later in the week.....

For the first four weeks, I am doing the Gym Styles just adding an extra day of strength training, but after four weeks the mileage starts to get so much longer that I still need to keep my weekly workouts to around an hour which limits what I can get done. My long miles are reserved for weekends :)

So I am thinking either pure strength or push/pull now????

Cathe's Four Day Split will be PERFECT when I am done with this training in september!! PERFECT~!
 
Oh Debbie - I love where your mind is at! LOL -) My hubby might not be too thrilled ;)

I am really leaning towards push/pull - just bc I love premixes and heard these are great :)

Its not like I NEED another dvd, but I enjoy them and if it takes $45 to keep me motivated for the next 12 weeks before the release of her Split - then SO BE IT!!! LOL
