I just cannot decide what to try next - I want to get really lean especial in the lower body but I need a change so what would you do?
 
you get about 2 leg workouts(1 full day and 1 with the total body) 2 upper bodys(same with 1 full and 1 total body) and 3 cardio that also helps with the legs depending. kind of like butts and guts rotation. btw do you count your abs in with your upper body or lower body, or just throw it in as you see best.

Kasia - I work my abs every other day on strength days when I alternate weight and cardio days. Thank you for your response!

cool so it will be like butts and guts rotation except you just do whatever and whenever you see fit. then after this routine you can go to the 45-60 min cardio and one body part a week. i am moving into one day cardio one day weights to give myself a break. starting to get bored with my rotation.
