you get about 2 leg workouts(1 full day and 1 with the total body) 2 upper bodys(same with 1 full and 1 total body) and 3 cardio that also helps with the legs depending. kind of like butts and guts rotation. btw do you count your abs in with your upper body or lower body, or just throw it in as you see best.
