Which new tape should I do tomorrow?? Help me decide!

I just got Step Fit, Power Max and MIC! Which one should I do first? I don't have time to preview them all tonight!

I already have Interval Max (did it Sunday), Rhythmic Step (love it! did it this week) and Body Max. Which one should I do first? I can work out 75 minutes, but one hour's better... if it helps, I did Interval Max on Sunday, Firm Volume 1 on Monday, and Hilary Burnett' Pilates Intermediate this morning.

I know tomorrow should be a strength day, but I can't stand to have these tapes and not do 'em! Help me out, I listen to you guys!

Hi. If you're in the mood for hi/lo, then obviously the hi/lo of MIC. If you're in the mood for step, I'd decide based on your energy level. Power Max is slightly more intense than Step Fit. I rarely tackle doing ALL of MIC at one time.

Connie:

you have already done Imax and B max this week, so take it down a little. Avoid Powermax for now. Preview it first tonight with a cup of coffee and get psyched for it and do it after a rest day. You'll have more energy to power through it. It is my absolute fave Cathe step workout, and it is a total cardio blast. The music is great, seems to fit the moves just fabulously. But, I do it even better and with more enjoyment if I place it after a couple of easier sessions (a step fit day for example) or a day's rest.

I would do the MIC and only the first 28 mins of the hi/lo portion. It is still very intense and will leave you sweating. THen, compromise and go back to your strength training routine for that day that you were supposed to do! You can combine the two, I did last week, worked just fine. I followed it with MIS I believe. If you have that and PH, I would definitely do the MIS one.

You could do Step Fit - less intense than Power max, you'll have time to learn the moves better while doing them and enjoy them. But at this point in the week, it mght be good to cross train and not do step again.

See what you think and enjoy!!!

Thanks, Clare and others! You are right. After this week I just didn't have the energy to do Powermax (I didn't see your messages till tonight).

I need to get MIS. All I have are the PS series and PowerHour, which leaves a MIS-shaped gap. As it was, I did the warm-up to Powermax and then just did my own strength work- some legs, biceps, forearm / finger work.
