Which Kick,Punch& Crunch premix is the easiest?

there should be an interemdiate premix on there. it has the warm up and a short cardio segment(not lot of jumping at all) and i am not sure if its all fo the combos or just 2 or 3.its basically the workout without the high impact part.but i would not say any of it is "easy" LOL :) .

The second one--I think it's called Kicking and Punching and it's 41 minutes...it's the warm up, the three combos and the SB abs section.
 
Definitely the 82 minute cardio and legs premix}(

I second the 41 minute one. I love the KPC abs.
 
This morning for the first time I used the "blender". What a concept! I just put together the warm up and the three kickboxing segements and the stretch (did my own lil' bit longer cooldown) cause I wanted a short but good workout. I hadn't done KPC for awhile so it's a good thing I didn't attempt a longer version. Anyway, that might be an option.

Oh I know it's not easy but I can't do airjacks and fly on my intermediate level. They look quite pissed in this workout lol.

This is such a great DVD. This 41 min. section even has the abs and stretch at the end. How great is that. It has a pre-mix for everyone.
