which is the easiest video

I have finally done mis and i really like it.since i am new to cathes videos i haven,t done any of her stepworkouts. I,d like to know which step video to start with. I do step workouts, but not advanced. I have to wrap my left knee now and then due to a fall at work. so i need a video that doesn,t jump or hop around alot. I like cathes style and the girls in her videos are real,not fake looking if you know what i mean.

I think good beginner Cathe step tapes are The Wedding Video, Step Heat and Mega Step Blast.

Step Jam is pretty easy too.

I think Step Heat is easy, but don't have the others you mentioned. It's the easiest one I have, I almost never use it anymore.
