Which DVDs to buy?

I have Muscle Max, Kick Max, Body Fusion and just ordered Imax 2. What order should a person buy DVDs? I'm a runner but trying to mix it up with step and toning. Help!!! My head is starting to spin trying to decide. I see the rotation forum but then confused what I should buy. I run 4 miles 4-5 times a week on the treadmill and have been doing MM 3 times a week. I get concerned about rest days between toning so I only do KM on the days when I do MM. Is that correct?

Hi, Wendy -- I'm not Cathe, but I can offer some advice as a fellow runner. I run 6 to 7 miles four times a week. I would recommend alternating some of Cathe's lower impact workouts on the days when you don't run, combined with strength training. (I also own an elliptical machine, and do that as an alternative on the days when I don't run, as well). I've found that routine keeps my knees in good shape.

I save the really hardcore stuff (Terminator, Boot Camp) for the weekends when I have more time and energy.
 
the poster above had great advice. i like to add an IMAX workout once a week b/c i really feel it helps when i run. not only to the jumps help strengthen my legs but the longer cardio helps my aerobic capacity. jmo!!!
