I have Stretch Max and I like it. I always feel so good afterwards, and relaxed. Kinda the way yoga makes me feel. And 20-25 minutes of stretching is all my mind can take. So I would reccommend it. I dont have TBS, so i can't give any advice on that. -Christina
I have both and like both, but I prefer Total Body Stretching. The music is louder and Cathe seems very relaxed. Her voice is very relaxing and she gives more pointers.
No the moves aren't yoga like, (although there are a few in there). It is more athletic stretching and holding for a few seconds. Cathe doesn't really use yoga jargon either.
