Which check in is right for me?

Hello all,

I appreciate any help that you can provide. I've been part of Cathe's website and forum for about two years. I have many of Cathe's DVDs: (pre-ordered STS); 4DS; Butts & Guts; GS (all); Coremax; S&H (all), etc. I can do everything that Cathe does with the same amount of weight or more. In fact, this morning I did the Boot Camp 4DS DVD twice (just the cardio part) to maximize my workout without any problem--completed 100%. Then I went to the gym and lifted back and bis for 1 hour. This is fairly typical and I've seen amazing results. I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor and love working out. I've completed 6 marathons, but don't run much any more. I'm interested in joining one of the check-ins and challenges, but want to know if there is one in particular that might suit my needs more than another. I've gotten some great advice from you already, but is there one Check-In that is for the hard core workout person? I'm mostly interested in building muscle mass and I'm a cardio junkie. ;-p

There is one check-in called Hardcore Fitness Maniacs I believe, which sounds like what you need.
I check-in with Let's Go and you are welcome to join us if you'd like. There are just 3 of us, Deanie, Marcy and myself and we come up with a different rotation each month.
