Hi, I am new to Cathe and pretty new to working out. I can't seem to stick to routine. I get all gung ho and start working out and than 2 weeks later, I stop and have a hard time getting back on. I really want to make a committment to fitness and get healthy.
I am a compulsive buyer and have tons of VHS/DVD workouts :7
I have most of all of Cathe DVDs and would like to ask which one you recommend for someone new to start out with? Should I do the CTX series and do a rotation of that? Should I just concentrate on like one whole body weight workout and than do separte cardio? What do you think would benefit me the most being new. I need to lose weight and get some muscles in me. I weight 148 lbs, small frame 5'2". I think I am an hourglass shape or pear. My metabolism is very mest up from previous years with an ED. That is not an issue anymore but my health has sufferred from this...I want to go forward now and I sure do want to get healthy and strong.
I appreciate any help anyone can give me. This is my first time posting here.
