Which Cathe for a beginner?

I would prefer if it was not a step vid. I like cardio w/some weight lifting. Is this how any of the Cathe vids are formatted?

The only Cathe workout I can think of that is cardio/weights and no step is Boot Camp. It is tough, but very basic choreography. I think if you start out doing ONLY as much as you can, this is a good tape to grow with. But I wouldn't consider it a beginner's video. At all.
 
Hi Sher! I agree that Boot Camp is not a beginner video but can be made easier by using lighter weights for the weight segments and by modifying the one minute cardio bursts to either low impact marches, side steps, or grapevines (or if high impact options are preferred...jogging in place or doing some jumping jacks). Hope this helps:)
