I am wanting a new DVD and am wondering which one. Which cardio one is really good and advanced? I have all CTX, IS, HC, HSTA, S&H, & PH.
Please help me with a good cardio. Thank you!
MIC is a very advanced ccardio that is half hi/lo and half step. It is about 70 minutes long. It's an older video but one of the most challenging cardios out there.

Imax 3 is an advanced interval workout on and off the step(mostly on). HC Extreme would be a good option for advanced cardio utilizing sections from Low Max, Imax 3, and the blast section from Kick Max. There is also a circuit workout on Extreme ultizling sections from High Step Challenge. The originial Imax can't be beat for good intense interval cardio(on and off the step) but it is more dated. Cardio Kicks and Circuit Max are good cardio's. Cardio Kicks is more moderate cardio but a lot of people find that Circuit Max, even though it includes circuits with light weights to be an advanced cardio challenge. I agree that MIC is a tough cardio workout. Good luck!
