Which body part should I work next?

I'm.So.Sore.

I started a GS rotation last week (just got those dvd's!!!) and I'm feelin' it now. My chest and triceps are so sore from Saturday's workout I can barely wash my hair. I did cardio yesterday--ran six miles--which I haven't done in YEARS. My legs and abs are so sore that I'm waddling when I walk. So now what do I do today? Should I do GS legs? My legs are sore. Should I do GS Back, Bi's and Shoulders? My chest and triceps are screaming. Should I do cardio? I took a rest day last Wednesday and don't really want to take one again so soon, especially since I'm kind of on a roll.

Any advice or ideas as to what I should do tonight for a w/o? Thanks!

I would either do GS back, bi, shoulders or a rest day. I don't like to do cardio 2 days in a row. Oh~ how about yoga?:) then back, bi, shoulders tomorrow!

I was going to suggest Yoga as well. It might help stretch out all of those sore muscles and it can still be quite the little workout in itself. ;)

Back and Biceps, it might help move that lactic acid out of the other sore muscles! Or walk and do Stretchmax.

Thanks, guys! I haven't sufficiently stretched in a looooong time so maybe I'll do one or two segments of stretchmax tonight and walk a little bit. I'm not too good with yoga--I've tried and tried to like it but it just doesn't click with me. :(

Thanks again!

I suggest walking on TM to shake out the lactic acid, which is how I handle sore legs. Also, why not work your abs and do some stretching w/ the stability ball. Walk briskly on an incline for your walk. It sure helps me when I am feeling it. You'll feel much better tomorrow i think. Clarissa
