WHFN Kickbutt series

Hi Woodie! From what I saw of the clips these would be used for "lighter days" when you just don't feel like pushing it hard. I heard the reviews are very good from picture quality to awesome music & sound. If your interested, you should check out all of the reviews at videofitness. Some of the women are using heavy weights & making either the weight training or cardio harder to suit their needs. I would go for it just for variety. You should also check out Power 90 from Beachbody. The people that have used this particular set have gotten awesome results! HTH, Kathy:D
 
Actually, the new WFN workouts that aren't "Kickbutt" (the other six) sound like good functional fitness workouts, that also include some restorative/prehab exercises. They would be excellent for recovery weeks.

They also would be good for someone who doesn't want Cathe-type intensity all the time (for them, it may not be a "lighter day," but the level at which they choose to workout).

FYI: the workouts in the "kicbutt" series (6) are all mostly remakes of Fitprime workouts. They have new leads for some of them, but I'm not sure how much has changed choreography-wise.
 
After cathe, I don't want to go for less intensity! :) I'm looking into yoga and pilates for lighter days.
