Hi everyone,
My DH drinks the Whey protein by Optimum Nutrition. It has 23 grahms of protein per scoop(if mixed with water). I was thinking about trying it. I don't feel that I get enough protein in my diet and I am hoping that this will help a little. I was thinking of just drinking for recovery after my weight workouts. I usually lift 3 days a week. Is this the way to go or should I drink this daily? DH says I should drink it daily, but he and I have different goals. I just want to get lean and cut and he wants to look like Arnold
. I know that too much protein is not good for the liver, so I want to use the drink properly.
