where to start after being ill

Hi I hope someone can help me out with an answer here. I have been doing
STS faithfully and loving it. I was on disc 18 Meso 2 week 2 when I came down with pnuemonia. I have now missed a week and a half of work outs and
feel ready to start back up, however I am not sure what to do: Should I pick up where I left off, or backtrack a bit. I don't know if having lost the continuity if it will be better to repeat a few weeks for better results. Any suggestions?
 
I would start over with disc 16 and move forward. That way you will get refamilair with the workout and build your strength up some.
 
I got sick and was out for two weeks after completing disc 6. Personally, since I was not at 100% starting back into working out, I dropped back and began at disc 1 again. That gave me time to continue healing while I was building back up my strength. I also have been taking it easier with cardio to save all my strength for STS. Heaven knows you need it! So I think I'd start at the beginning of the mesocycle (2), but really, it's up to you!
