Where to FF to weights on CTX

Does anyone have the times marked down when the aerobics concludes and weight training time begins? I keep forgetting to mark them, having too much fun I guess! But it would be nice to be able to fast forward right to weight segment (if I only knew where it was). I should mention my VCR is a Panasonic that uses actual time/minutes rather than the old turn "counter" that you manually reset (I actually miss that). Thanks in advance for your help!
 
I'm definately too disorganized to write anything down - but I look on the box and find out how many minutes long the strength section is, and once I'm done the cardio cool down, I FF for that many minutes.

Or, I *guess* if you were skipping the cardio and wanted to go straight to strength, you could add up the minutes and go from there. I haven't done that, though. Math in my head? Horrors! :D

Hello,

Thanks to several Cathe fans, I copied down their breakdown of Cathe's CTX series as it appears in her DVD.

So at least for the DVD, here are where the weight training segments start on each of the 6 CTX tapes (if you start at the beginning of the tape where the warm-up begins):

POWER CIRCUIT
BACK -- starts at 33+1/2 min

10-10-10
TRICEPS -- starts at 31min

ALL STEP
SHOULDERS -- starts at 28min

STEP & INTERVALS
CHEST -- starts at 29+1/2 min

LEANER LEGS
LEGS -- starts after warm-up at 2+1/2 min

KICKBOX
BICEPS -- starts at 32min

Exact times

I fast forward to the weights section on all of the tapes, and have the exact times. I like to mix up my cardio, or use longer cardio, so I often skip the CTX cardio. The times are:

CTX Back - 36:02 (Abs starts at 54:52)
CTX Biceps - 34:26 (Abs starts at 45:24)
CTX Chest - 32:00
CTX Legs (Abs section) - 38:12
CTS Shoulders - 30:34 (Abs starts at 40:47)
CTS Triceps - 32:30
