I need to purchase a step and barbell (or possibly dumbbells) to send to my parent's place so that when I'm there at Christmas I can still workout. I'll just go ahead and leave it so I always have something when I visit. I see that Collage Video has a step, and BodyPump sells the step and barbell combo. Anywhere else I can buy this stuff?

Another possibility is www.fitness1st.com. A lot of people have recently ordered the Troy Lite barbell set and have had good experiences with their customer service. They also sell steps.
There is also www.fwonline.com. Discussion at another fitness site seems favorable for this site as well. Plus, they sell the high step and it seems to be the best online price yet. It is the home version, not the club version (I believe the difference between the two versions is the color of both the top and risers).
