<--- got the pond finished yesterday but we're still working on the waterfall and stream area - ran out of large rocks!
<--- skimmed through yesterday's thread and can't believe poor Shannon's commute on Friday!

<--- says that one-legged pikes aren't that hard
<--- will be having a pond warming and invites y'all to come!

<---'s DD and friends got home at 4:30 last night, after spending a day at a concert in Pittsburgh
<---says 25 yr old friend who we sent with them as a kind of babysitter spent the night and is up and showered, while DD is still being a slugabed
<---is headed for church, then CleanMax in preparation for Tuesday's All Family Birthday Bash
<---'s DH will head to Scranton to pick up DS and another "kid" with the same syndrome who lives in our area
<---says it helps alot to have another family to share the toing and froing with
<---hopes to fit an IMAX in there somewhere

<--did squats, DL, one-legged squats, fire walkers, walking lunges and repeat
<--used 12# wts for one-legged squats and walking lunges and just did as many reps as I could
<--then did SP&J step followed by BC abs
