Where is my boss? Part II

OK so when I left for a dr. appt at 12:30 he still hadn't come in the office. When I got back at about 2 he was sitting outside the building at a picnic table talking to the mayor. He just now (3:05)walked into my office, said "see ya later," & left.

No "have a nice vacation," no "is there anything going on I should know about," just "see ya later." AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!x(

sounds like a good job he has there - does he plan on retiring anytime soon? LOL
Geez and I thought MY boss was bad. Mine usually only disappears for a few hours at a time and tells me hes got the day off the day of via email.

That would be so irritating! My boss takes lots of vacation days as well, but he always lets us know in advance - I would say he is pretty fair in that regard - he does take lots of Fridays and is going to London in a week for 8 days, but its nice to have him gone in the office bc its less tense around here then........look on the bright sight - at least he isn't in your office chit chatting all the time or trying to look over your shoulder to make sure you are working -

Obviously I am not working hard right now, but emailing on Cathe forum - I just cannot focus right now
