<-- sorry if <-- was unclear! bootcamp is a community thing where we meet in a park at 6am and 7am, for an hour. it's usually some kind of circuit workout, with weights or other equipment. yesterday, for example, we did a whole bunch of ab work with partners: 30 seconds on each side- one person in a plank position, partner squatting beside them with their leg at the planker's hip. partner pushes laterally against planker, planker tries to keep straight. then switch and take three turns of planker/pusher. then up and a lap around the park, then back and do a different partner exercise- one lies down on the ground, grabs thrower's ankles, and puts their legs straight in the air. thrower in squat pushes/"throws" legs down to ground/side to side. for one minute, then switch. then another lap and back for inner/outer thigh work and then a stretch.
