Hello Ladies!!!
You guys are too funny

and I miss you all. Now - you know I've never been a "major poster" but love to read and always learn so much from everyone. A big shout out to Laura, LiAnn, Deb, Michele, Jodi, Tammy, Robin, Catherine, T-12 the July & Aug RT'ers and the rest of my workout buddies here in Cathe land.
Sorry I've been a MIA - just got busy with life goals. Sept and Oct are busy birthday months for our family and I try to have the bulk of my Christmas shopping done by end of Oct

and have been making good progress (woo-hoo). I also do my fall cleaning (includes yard/trees-which will be less since all of the storms this season). We have wonderful holiday get togethers and I want to visit and play (not clean) during this time. So now you know - no mystery.
I have been having fun with making greek style (thick and creamy) yogurts (& protein powders) and also am getting a headstart on some winter teas! Yum.
I have been doing a mix of 4DS with Pilates and CardioCoach for the last month and most of all been working
on clean (and low carb) eating. Very challenging - Laura if you have any tips send them my way
Remember you can always drop me an email and let me know what you're up to...and I'll make it a point to get online more because everyone here is important to me also
