Where do you put ME?

I was just reviewing my DVD's and had to dust off Muscle Endurance... What type of rotation do you do this with? Does it have any good pre-mixes?

I don't do ME that much but I do like the upper body premix. There's a shorter express premix at 50 mins., another one that has the 3 leg press cycles and another one that has a lower body split. You could do it in a rotation with the Pyramids, something like:

M - Pyramid Upper
T - Cardio
W - Pyramid Lower
T - Cardio
F - Muscle Endurance
S - Cardio/Yoga/Stretch
S - Rest

I often use the BC/ME bonus premix when I'm in the mood for a tough circuit workout. This is one of my favorites, especially since I can lift heavy and get my cardio in all at once!
 
Wow...there is a premix like that? I just got BC/ME and I didn't see a premix option. Where do you find it?

Liz, I think it's called "Bonus Combo". If you go to the disc menu where is lists the premixes and stuff on each side, down the very bottom in tbe middle of the screen it should be there.
