where do you get the navy shorts?

They are by Nike. I found this site hard to navigate so I copied the info for you. The are called Low Rise Workout Shorts and are $38.00. The item number is 224173 and they are dri-fit material.

WOW!!! These little shorties are expensive, with shipping and taxes, $48.00!!!

Cathe...also, are they the same shorts, the ones in Step, Jump and Pump and in Kick Punch and Crunch?? They look the same brand, just one navy one black. Do tell.
