Hi All,
I have 5 month old twins and I'm ready to start getting back in shape.
I only gained about 12lbs when I had the babies and lost 30lbs when I gave birth. But now I up 30lbs since their birth --- I'm bigger than I was when I got preggers .
Not real sure why, because my eating habits haven't really changed. The only change has been NO EXERCISE in about a year. So, I'm ready to start getting back in shape, but I'm not sure where to start, any ideal?
