Where can I buy the gliding discs?

I have searched Cathe's site and cannot find the discs. The paper plates are just NOT cutting it. Any ideas?

I think I remember reading at one point that Cathe would be selling them at some later date, but not sure when. Here is one place you can get them:
http://www.glidingdiscs.com/default.asp but it doesn't look like you can just buy the discs, looks like a disc+dvd pkg only. You could probably do a google search and see if anyone else has them.

I second the idea for the furniture sliders. I saw some at Bed Bath & Beyond. I can't remember the exact price but I remember they were very reasonable. I lucked out and got mine (Valslides) on clearance at Target, but if I hadn't gotten them there, I would be getting the furniture sliders. Good luck!

Yep, I use the furniture movers - can't say they're exactly the same since I haven't seen the Valsides in person, but I can't imagine they would be very different, if at all.

Third vote for furniture movers....Walmart in the hardware dept! I use the hard shell ones on fitness mats and carpeting and the thick felt on one side/rubber on the other for wooden fitness floors! Both are very effective!

The ones Cathe uses are currently in production at this time but no solid date of when they would be ready.

I've been reading everyone's suggestions about the furniture pieces, so I'l either look into that or use an old rag.

Hi, you can use the following gliding disks by Mindy Mylea at the following site:

http://www.fitness1st.com/Gliding.html

They sell one for carpet and one for hardwood floors... I had these disks already with dvds by Mindy and they are great... I hope this helps... ~ Dee

PS: The disks at this site cost only 14.95 and you don't have to order the dvd workouts.
