IMHO, my mish-moshes "Interval Max Enhanced", "Hi/Lo Hell", "Circuit Max + CK Drills", and my new favorite "Satan's Mish-Mosh" (found on the same threat as "Beelzebub's Mish-Mosh" are the toughest for cardio and leg power work.
